KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks:
Own Meta Ads performance end-to-end including strategy structure testing and budget allocation, scale campaigns efficiently at higher spend levels, build tight creative feedback loops with marketing and creative teams, monitor full-funnel performance including CTR CVR show rates and LTV, align ad messaging with landing page CRO initiatives, oversee tracking infrastructure including Pixel and CAPI health, collaborate with Data/Analytics on KPI reporting and insights, expand paid social into TikTok and Snapchat, translate performance insights into actionable team strategy, mentor and grow associate talent

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────
Qualifications:
3–6+ years hands-on paid social experience, recent ownership of 7-figure Meta ad accounts, strong understanding of Pixel CAPI UTMs and funnel reporting, proven ability to optimize toward real business outcomes beyond platform metrics, experience with TikTok and/or Snapchat preferred, strong communication skills, bonus experience in healthcare insurance or high-consideration lead generation funnels, US-based required
