KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Own end-to-end GTM strategy for commercial and employer-facing initiatives, develop segmented messaging frameworks tailored to HR leaders EAP Health Plan and TPA partners, lead launch planning and rollout execution across internal and external audiences, create and maintain customer-facing collateral and onboarding materials, build and manage centralized sales enablement resources, drive adoption of enablement materials across Sales and Customer Success, align closely with Product Engineering and Marketing to ensure GTM readiness, support company-level commercial narratives tied to revenue strategy

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: 3+ years product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, proven GTM ownership including launches and messaging frameworks, strong sales enablement experience, exceptional writing and storytelling ability, strong organizational and project management skills, ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Product Sales CS and Marketing, mission-driven mindset with interest in expanding access to mental health care
