Salary: $225,000 – $260,000 USD annually + Equity

KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Lead DTC performance strategy across paid and non-paid channels, evolve measurement frameworks using MMM MTA LTA marginal ROI and incrementality models, scale new acquisition channels while optimizing existing ones, drive creative testing insights to improve performance outcomes, collaborate with Brand Creative Product Data and Engineering teams on full-funnel campaigns and launches, balance marginal returns with long-term sustainable growth, recruit mentor and develop world-class growth talent, deploy AI-enabled tooling and experimentation frameworks to accelerate impact, conduct performance analysis and hands-on optimization as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: Proven experience managing DTC businesses exceeding $200M+ revenue, 10+ years growth or performance marketing leadership experience, deep expertise in attribution modeling marginal returns and incrementality testing, strong omni-channel strategy and execution experience, demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, exceptional analytical and executive communication skills, experience leveraging AI in growth marketing environments, player-coach leadership mindset
