COMPENSATION & WORK DETAILS

Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 USD annually

KEY TASKS

────────────────────────

Key Tasks: Lead design initiatives across data-intensive product areas, translate AI outputs and scoring models into intuitive workflows, design interfaces that communicate insights and next steps clearly, collaborate with Product Engineering and Data teams, conduct and synthesize user research, create workflows prototypes and high-fidelity designs in alignment with design systems, iterate based on feedback and usability testing, contribute to evolving AI design patterns and trust frameworks

QUALIFICATIONS

────────────────────────

Qualifications: Experience designing B2B or enterprise data-rich applications, experience designing AI or ML-powered product experiences, familiarity with LLM interfaces automation workflows or recommendation systems, strong interaction design and systems thinking skills, proficiency in Figma or similar tools, UX research and usability testing experience, strong communication and collaboration skills, fluency in English
