Key Tasks: Manage client portfolio and revenue growth, develop and execute customer success plans, monitor product usage and renewal risk, provide best practice consulting, coordinate technical escalations, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, forecast renewals, build customer advocacy programs

Qualifications: Strong customer-facing and consulting skills, ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, experience managing enterprise accounts, strong organizational and prioritization skills, bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ability to build trusted client relationships
