KEY TASKS

────────────────────────

Key Tasks: Manage SMB book of business post-sale, drive adoption of Creative Cloud for Teams and Adobe Sign, research contracts and purchasing history to identify expansion opportunities, conduct product demos and use-case discussions, build relationships with C-suite and decision-makers, execute upsell and cross-sell campaigns, manage renewal pipeline and sales forecasts, increase ARR and average revenue per transaction, provide accurate weekly/monthly reporting to leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years managing renewals or customer portfolios, strong communication and documentation skills, experience driving upsell/cross-sell motions, ability to work independently and proactively, strong pipeline and forecasting discipline
