KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Answer patient billing inquiries, post guarantor payments, set up payment plans, research and resolve account issues, communicate patient balances, coordinate with financial counseling for charity screening, meet collection goals, document interactions within revenue cycle systems, collaborate with internal departments to resolve service issues

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, customer service or call center experience preferred, 1-2 years healthcare industry experience preferred, ability to obtain CRCR certification within 9 months, knowledge of revenue cycle processes, strong problem resolution and communication skills, ability to work in remote environment
