Salary: $135,000 - $159,500

KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Manage full customer lifecycle including implementations renewals and upsells, develop strategic account plans and engagement strategies, own revenue forecasting and expansion targets, build executive-level relationships with HR and public sector leaders, prepare and present business reviews, manage procurement and deal cycles, drive utilization metrics and member engagement, identify and position upsell opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally for process improvements, support retention and new business efforts, travel up to 20%

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────
Qualifications: 10+ years experience in account management or customer success, experience managing Fortune 100 and public sector clients, experience overseeing $25M+ portfolios, strong forecasting and revenue growth experience, B2B2C experience preferred, strong executive communication skills, portfolio expansion and upsell experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred, ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
