KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Own full client lifecycle management, develop and execute strategic account plans, lead quarterly and annual business reviews, present utilization and financial performance insights, drive renewals and expansion opportunities, increase program engagement, support finalist presentations and references, partner cross-functionally with clinical and product teams, collect client feedback for improvements, proactively manage account risk

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────
Qualifications: 5–7+ years in healthcare, benefits consulting, population health, digital health, or employer-focused client success, experience managing employer and TPA accounts, proven revenue retention success, strong executive presentation skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, organized and proactive in growth-stage environments, willingness to travel up to 30%
