People listen to music for 120 minutes/day on average (30 songs)

Global streams/day = 640,000,000 x 30 = 19,200,000,000

The number of streams is finite.... not infinite...

19 Billion streams... it's not a lot...

12 billion goes to Spanish & Indian musicians...

You have 7 billion left...

4 billion goes to the top 100 musicians...

You have 3 billion left...

This 3 billion gets distributed to millions of spotify musicians...

How much of the pie do you have left?

Do you see where I'm getting at here?

For every stream you got, you convinced someone to listen to your song over another artists...

All musicians can't go viral... It's not possible... it's literally impossible

All YouTubers can't get 1,000,000 subscribers...

Every YouTube view you get, you've taken from another person.... It's how it is...

This concept actually made me upset...
