Hi everyone (or Noone) I'm crystal and I'm here to show you some of the things I've learned about flipping thrifty finds and antiques.
A little about me.... I grew up with a mom who could turn $20 at a yard sale into an entire living room makeover! I hated yard sales Asa kid. I absolutely love the now!
Of course my gramma had everything to do with my mom's thrifty nature! She worked in antique and second hand stores my whole life. She raised 8 kids on her own. That speaks for itself.
*I spent a lot of time with my grandma, she was the coolest grandma a girl being raised in southern California could ask for! She taught me so much without ever trying and without me never knowing. So much of my keen eye for good finds come from her.
So I'm a girl with a rocky past, that I'm extremely grateful for because I wouldn't be where I'm at today without yesterday. I've spent the last couple years working for a company that handles property preservation and maintenance for reversed mortgages and foreclosures after death. Yep, I'm where your stuff goes after you die, and before the dump. I have access to lifetimes worth of family collections and heirlooms. Everything from original comic art to petrified wood. Marbles to eyeglasses. Vintage books to costume jewelery. And mirrors. I love mirrors! Something In the mystecism of them (and my vanity).
