Etsy vs eBay ?
If you’re selling vintage, both platforms can work really well—just in different ways. Here’s a quick, honest breakdown:
Etsy – Pros
✅ Strong audience for vintage, handmade, and curated aesthetics
✅ Listings feel more like a boutique storefront
✅ Buyers often expect (and accept) higher price points
Etsy – Cons
❌ Less visibility if you don’t niche down or brand well
❌ Algorithm favors consistent new listings & ads
❌ Trend-driven—what sells can change fast
Right now , I only use eBay so I think it’s interesting to learn .
