How to Post a Client Brief (For Brands, Agencies, Etc.)
Use this when you want creators to respond with relevant work for a paid project or campaign.
Copy/paste this template into your brief:
1) Who you are / brand type
e.g., DTC skincare brand, fitness app, SaaS tool, local restaurant.
2) What you need
e.g., AI UGC ads, AI commercial spots, or both.
Formats and lengths (e.g., 3 x 15s TikTok/Reels, 3 x 15s Meta ads, 1 x 30s commercial).
3) Goal of the ads
e.g., cold traffic acquisition, retargeting, organic content, launch campaign, or creative testing.
4) What you’ll provide
Scripts or key points, product shots, branding, past winners, raw assets, usage rights, etc.
5) Budget range + timeline
Ballpark is fine: e.g., “$X–$Y for the initial package, needed within 2–3 weeks.”
6) How the creator should respond
e.g., "Comment with your VCH portfolio post link, any quick idea or angle you’d take, and your earliest start date". You can move to DM or an external form after that.
Briefs that are unclear, missing budget goalposts, or request unpaid work will be removed—this hub is for real, paid projects and bookings only.
