You can eat all the healthy food, but if you eat it at the wrong time of day, you won't get all the nutrients and benefits, and you may not be able to digest and distribute the fuel properly, leading to indigestion, heartburn, gas, and bloating.
By changing when we eat and eating with the sun, we leverage our clock genes. For example, our digestion is the strongest at lunch, when we want to eat the biggest meal and the most protein. This is when our body needs the energy, can burn the fuel, and can process the most nutrients.
