This space was created to feel supportive, not overwhelming. Everyone here is at a different place in their journey, and that’s exactly how it should be. There’s no pressure to keep up, no expectation to do everything — just an opportunity to learn, explore, and feel better over time.
A few simple things to keep in mind so this stays a space people actually want to be in:
- Be kind.We’re all figuring things out in our own way. Share openly, but always with respect for where someone else might be.
- Share your experience, not instructions. It’s completely okay to talk about what’s worked for you, but try not to give medical advice or tell others what they “should” do. Everyone’s body is different.
- Take what works, leave the rest. You don’t need to follow every suggestion or try everything you see here. This isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing what actually supports you.
- Avoid pushing protocols or products.There’s a lot of information out there, and it can get overwhelming quickly. Let’s keep things grounded and focused on building strong foundations first.
- Keep it a safe, positive space. No fear-based messaging, no judgment, no extremes. Just honest conversations and support.
