I’m sorry my friends but today has not been a show up kinda day. As I am sure you can all see I am spiralling down and trying really fucken hard not to.
Last night a conversation was had in my household that had been coming for years. It was absolutely need and very hard to do. So today I am processing. And just trying to figure out what to do now.
So much work ahead of me it’s hard to not want to run away and hide.
I will get my walk in today that’s non negotiable.
