Guidance question
Okay so I'm going to be real. I have never done yoga (except when I was pregnant 😜), I don't really stretch... ever.. I definitely want to learn all of these things to incorporate into daily life to help with mobility, posture, mindset etc. I'm asking because maybe others haven't either and are too scared to ask.
