Principal paydown on rentals is powerful, and scalable.
Owning 10 properties is powerful. Not just because of the monthly cash flow they provide, but because of the hidden net worth building that happens behind the scenes. On average, my mortgages get paid down around $5,300/month total present day (That will rise with each payment made due to amortization adjustment). An extra $60k/year and growing, on top of monthly cash flow, on top of tax benefits sounds good to me.
