I'm continuing my series on the 50 year mortgage proposal.
Like I said on previous emails, it's only a proposal at the moment and only proposed on conventional mortgages.
But, VA typically will typically follow conventional updates and I do have some concerns if VA decides to go down this path.
In this video, I outline the risks and why it could be a disaster for someone to take out a 50 year mortgage on a VA loan if it ever became available.
I even break down the amortization schedule. I'm not just making this up as I go along here.
