Guys, do not overthink how our gamification works, ganito din ang gagawin nyo sa totoong buhay when attracting direct clients.
All you have to do:
- Like your classmates' posts para they gain +1 point.
- Comment under their post so they gain another +1 point.
- Pag nagamay mo na, create your own posts and YOU gain +++ more points.
Compare natin sa totoong buhay:
- Like mo mga posts ng potential clients para mapansin ka nila.
- Comment ka sa posts ng potential clients para i-check na nila profile mo.
- Pag may mga nakakakilala na sayo, create your own posts and they will INQUIRE to hire you. π§π»βπ»
When you engage sa post ng iba, they will naturally engage din sa post mo.
Lalo na if you are posting something na relatable or useful for others.
Mas marami kang engagements, mas marami kang points, mas marami kang courses na ma-unlock!
Pag-pratican natin ang isa't isa dito, para pag ginagawa mo na sa labas ng community natin gamay mo na.
