Appreciating a Mentor Who Truly Cares 🧡
Gusto ko lang magpasalamat kay Kuys for today’s webinar. Ang ganda ng flow ng session and ang dami naming natutunan, especially sa paggamit ng Notion. Sobrang tyaga niya magturo kahit lampas na sa lunch break, (actually merienda time na ) nag-stay pa para siguraduhin na maiintindihan namin bawat step. 🙌
What stood out to me most was not just the lesson, but the heart behind how he teaches. Paulit-ulit niyang pinapaliwanag kapag may hindi kami gets, and he really wants us to grow.
Pero may na-realize din ako…
Kahit gaano kagaling ang mentor mo, kung hindi ka magpupursige at magseseryoso sa goal mo, walang mangyayari. As interns, kailangan din namin mag-level up sa effort lalo na sa pagkuha ng clients.
