Learning everything all at once

Hi guys! I’m in deep in the ai rabbit hole right now, I have adhd and getting a little overwhelmed. I’m shipping an app so I feel like I’m learning very complex things but skipped the basics 😫

1 any tips on that and dealing with overwhelm?

2 do you guys add anything to the cowork global instructions or to the general instructions for Claude? Or are the skills from plugging in obsidian making that unnecessary?
