Safety Reminder for All Students 🥋

As we continue progressing in our training, sparring will now be a regular part of our classes. Sparring is essential for developing timing, control, and real-world application of techniques, but it must be done safely and responsibly.

To participate, all students are required to have proper protective gear. This includes:

Protective groin guard (jock) for male students
Headgear
Mouthguard
Gloves
Shin protection

This equipment is not optional. It is necessary to reduce the risk of injury for both you and your training partners.

Please understand that students without the required gear will not be permitted to participate in sparring sessions, and sparring is a requirement for advancement and ranking within the program.
