Whispr Flow - Friction Remover
Good morning everyone—Just wanted to share a friction-removing tool I'm using, after installing Rize to help me with productivity. Both tools see everything you do on your computer, so only use them if you're OK with that lack of privacy. It's a speech to text tool called Whispr Flow.
Just wanted to share, because it's helped me be SUPER efficient.
It works with WAY higher accuracy than things like Siri, and the reason people have security concerns is because it watches your screen so it has full context on what you're actually speaking about when you do speech-to-text.
I was also using it In a Loom video when applying for a job on Upwork, to show example responses in the AI chatbot configuration in N8n I had put together for their website. I figured this is something that would be even just a little intriguing, like "this guy knows his shit... how is he doing that on a computer?"
Anyway, after installing Rize and feeling more comfortable about security concerns because of the tradeoff of how much friction it removes, I figured this would be another tool that would be welcome in our community. There's a free plan, but I use WAY more than the amount of words that allows, so whatever option works for you, I don't think I had to enter a card till I was down to upgrade ($12/mo for pro if you use it as much as me).
