Upwork Account Suspended Without any reason
My account was permanently suspended over a simple, good-faith message sent after a contract ended. This was the exact messages:
“Thank you for the previous project. Going forward, if you need any help at any time, please just let me know. I’ll be happy to assist.”
Any solution?
They are no longer responding to my emails. Only one chat option is available. My active contracts have been cancelled. They keep closing my appeals without providing any explanation or response. Even i got 5 star rating from the client.
