I couldn’t buy Connects, showing an error like 'Recent charge failed

I used a Mastercard (India) with both Domestic and International payment options enabled. My Debit Card was connected as the billing method, but I couldn’t buy Connects, showing an error like 'Recent charge failed.
Attached is a screenshot to give you an idea.
