delegation of job proposals

hi. I have a upwork profile and a agency .

I need to delegate the job proposals to an assistants.

the assistant will apply to jobs and book meetings for me.

what is the best way to give him access to my account?

option 1: give him access to my account (password and 2 factor authetification)

option 2: maybe create a agecny profile and give him permissions to act on my behalf

option 3: any other way so that the assistant can access my profile as a freelancer safely
