10k in Dec. $0 this month.
Hey, in December did really well. I made over 10K in web design.
In January I decided would push for higher budgets. I had nine people tell me no. Which is totally understandable. Some people can only go so far in a budget.
Once I started realizing that I'm pricing too high I adjusted.
But after lead 10 11 and 12 nothing still....
I assume what is happening is that got a lot of leads at the start of this month. I basically turned them away. And now I have to recoup the amount of leads to be able to find someone that would at least be willing to pay me what used to get paid.
Also, is January notoriously hard for getting clients and leads or is it just that I happen to be in a lull at the moment?
If anyone has any advice or insight into the situation, would love to hear.
