Hello friends, I want to develop a strategy to improve my account ratings on Upwork. I've already read Nico's book on creating a professional personal account, but I'm putting a lot of effort into researching deals and finding suitable offers. Therefore, I'd like to use a strategy for acquiring clients from outside Upwork to accelerate my growth. Do you have any experience with this that you could share with me, or any specific strategies you've used to attract clients from outside Upwork? I'm a motion graphics designer. Are there any websites or platforms that could help me acquire clients from outside Upwork?

They say the call is only done with the actual profile owner, and you have to respond quickly, otherwise your profile might get restricted or even banned. 👉 Is this true? 👉 What was your experience like during the call? 👉 Any tips to handle it smoothly?
