vtr down due to misleading tracking Walmart.

Hello guys I faces some issues about vtr

When I put the Tracking my vtr down due to misleading tracking when we download the file and checked the delivery addresses it's all correct.l also open the case the customer support tell me these order remove 14 days but every day when I put the Tracking 5 and 10 orders coming in misleading tracking and the agent not tell me what is going on

My vtr is right now 80

Please tell me faces this kind of issues and anyone have solution? 😞 😞
