I Get to vs I Have to
“I have to work out.”
“I have to go to practice.”
“I have to eat better.”
That mindset feels heavy.
Like life is forcing you to do something.
But watch what happens when you change one word…
“I GET to train.”“I GET to move.”“I GET to build my body.”“I GET to improve my health.”“I GET to compete.”“I GET to wake up and try again.”
That changes everything.
Some people don’t get the opportunity. Some people lost the ability. Some people are fighting just to feel normal again.
What you call an obligation…someone else would call a blessing.
The gym isn’t punishment.Movement isn’t punishment.
It’s a privilege.
Act like it.
Earn Everything.
