untherapy is a survivor-led space for people who have lived through domestic violence and narcissistic abuse — and are still living with the aftermath.
This is not a place to be fixed, analyzed, or rushed into healing.
It’s a place to talk about what comes after leaving: the delayed grief, the anger, the body memories, the trust issues, and the ways abuse shows up years later.
We also hold space for parenting after abuse — raising children while unlearning harm, breaking cycles, navigating co-parenting with an abusive or narcissistic ex, and carrying both love and fear in the same breath. We honor the complexity of protecting children while healing yourself.
This is a witness circle and an aftercare collective.
We learn from lived experience, not hierarchies.
We believe healing is nonlinear, closure is not owed, and survivors are not case files.
You don’t have to explain.
You don’t have to be “over it.”
You just have to be real.
We’re still here.
