How To: Unstoppable Morning
How does UNSTOPPABLE MORNING work to make you Unstoppable all day long?
Revisit this post until you have mastered your Unstoppable Morning.
If you haven't read "Only 7% succeed! How to be one of them" ... Start there! Then come back to this post. https://www.skool.com/unstoppable-3339/only-7-succeed-how-to-be-one-of-them?p=655bf804
UNSTOPPABLE MORNING was developed out of a need to solve my own procrastination, lack of focus and self-discipline to get more done, make more money, get in shape, and live my mission.
Like most people, I can be intensely focused - When I want to be. But how can you be focused and productive when you don’t want to be. When it is easier to procrastinate with social media, Netflix series binge watching, YouTube videos, cleaning the house, or some other distraction.
This Unstoppable Morning routine has been the reason that I was able to run across America, 100 marathons in 100 days. Broke the world record running through Death Valley, the hottest place on the place, write books, become a leader in self-mastery, sell millions in programs. Plus I travel the world working from my laptop.
No joke: This is a game changer for everyone who does it!
I studied most every expert, book, article and post to see what the difference is between those who succeed and those who struggle. Why some are rich and why some are always broke.
Some books are life changing. Most info out there, especially on social media, is truly 💩. I discovered through my own experimentation, that most ideas sound good, but they will only keep you busy ... but not making forward progress.
Busy will never make you rich.
But, direction and action will.
Busy will never get you to your goals and dreams.
But a purpose driven mission will.
After years of testing, a run across America, and a world record later, and creating several successful businesses, I developed an optimal routine for a Unstoppable Morning. That means, an Unstoppable Body, an Unstoppable Mind, and Unstoppable Soul. That all means a life filled with inner peace, happiness, health and wealth.
A purpose driven ritual to start your day strong, get the wins, and condition you for focus, discipline, and productivity and ultimately, SELF-MASTERY.
46 minutes total
Wake Early (5:45 am or earlier)
Cold Shower (1 minute)
Unstoppable Body (20 minutes : Dynamic Exercise
Unstoppable Mind (15 minutes : Action Journaling - Release, Review, Action Plan
Unstoppable Soul (10 minutes : Guided Mindfulness & Subconscious Success Programming
WAKE 5:45am:
𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐞𝐝.
Start your day on your terms and in your control.
5:45 is the sweet spot for most people. Early, but not insanely early.
Many studies show that waking up early increases productivity.
#1 - You are controlling your day right from the start.
#2 - You start with intention and purpose.
It's a mental discipline hack. Once you wake, you immediately start the UNSTOPPABLE MORNING routine because studies show that immediate activity programs your mind to be more productive and focused all day long.
While some wake up earlier, there is no evidence that waking up earlier than 5:45 has any additional benefits, but rather a personal preference or need.
Conditioning your mind to do what YOU WANT IT TO.
Rather than doing what is easy.
Wake up, and take control of your mind immediately when you start your day.
There are biological benefits to cold showers or ice baths, but that is not the main reason for it. You do it to train your mind to literally step into an uncomfortable situation (that's also good for you) when your body and mind are both begging you not to.
2 Ways:
Jump right into a cold shower for 1 minute. Thats want I do. Optional to start with a hot shower and end it with a 1 minute cold rinse.
After years of doing this, it's still a mental discipline exercise to step under the cold shower. But I love it too. It's exhilarating. That is exactly why I do it, to condition my mind every day to do what I want it to do, rather than to take the easy way out.
20 minutes : dynamic exercise
Don't skip over this because it's about fitness. Having a physically strong body is critical to your health, quality of life, productivity, focus, and wealth.
An Unstoppable Body will help you power through your day. Do things that others your age cannot do. Give you a significantly better quality of life.
More Energy = More Success = More Money
A strong body will help you ...
  • Help you live longer.
  • Better quality of life.
  • Avoid or minimize meds and doctors.
  • Better sex.
  • More inner peace and calmness.
  • Better memory and mind.
  • Deal with stress and adversity.
  • Manage your challenges.
  • Increase your self-confidence and self-worth.
There is nothing like walking into a room and you command attention simply because you are healthy and fit. Especially as we get older.
Even better is waking up every day feeling like you are in your 20s with the energy and strength of a 20 something.
11 years after my run across America, and my 146 mile non-stop world record through Death Valley, the hottest place on the planet, and now 53 years old, I am still in the top 1% of fitness for men ... at any age. Even those half my age. And 100% drug-free. Why? Because I choose to maintain this every day.
Literally it makes me super-human at an age where most bodies are falling apart, I am as strong as ever. It only takes 30-45 minutes a day to be in peak physical condition.
20 minutes is the MINIMUM EFFECTIVE DOSE of exercise per day.
OPTIMAL EFFECTIVE DOSE is 45-60 minutes per day. << My favorite.
What is Dynamic fitness training?
It is intense physical exercise training. But nothing crazy navy seal like training 😳.
You must TRAIN INTENSE ENOUGH to push your body just a little out of your current level. This will keep you consistently improving, get you into peak physical shape, and keep you there. Plus minimizing risk of injury.
Alternating between cardiovascular training (heart, breathing, endurance) and physical strength training.
Day 1 - 20 minutes+ of cardio. Examples: Running, swimming, cardio class, boot camp class, etc.
Day 2 - 20 minutes+ of strength training. Weight resistance strength building exercises.
I almost never take a day off from training. I squeeze in 20 minutes no matter what.
Reason #1 - Because I know I will be frustrated with myself and feel like 💩 if I miss a workout.
Reason #2 - Mental discipline and consistency.
Reason #3 - To be at peak physical health all the time.
(Even though no doctor has ever run 100 consecutive marathons across America, you should talk to your medical professional about exercise because I am not a MD. << CYA notice 😳😂)
10 minutes : Action Journaling - Release, Review, Action Plan
This is how you have a unstoppable productivity all day long so that you feel good about yourself and what you accomplished ... every single day. It's en extremely effective method to start your day with purpose, intention and direction.

✅ - 𝟏 - 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞: 4 Minutes
Free style writing: Write without filters. The idea is to write about your problems, your struggles, what upsets you, and take you off your game.
This can be about you and your actions or lack of action, about other people, relationship frustrations, business struggles, health worries, etc.
Your goal is not to solve these problems, but to express them so that you can release the negative energy hold they have one you. Many don't need to be solved, but venting about them in your journal will take release its grip and power on you.
Example: When I went through a relationship break-up, release journaling literally kept me sane. It also help to keep me in my power and bring me back to inner peace. After a week, I had released the pain, disappointment and heartache. Best therapy ever! There is a place for professional therapy, but we also need to learn how to be our own therapist to stay on our game and win big in life.
Any problems that need to be solved, will be added to your action plan. The rest, you simple vent about them, they will solve themselves, or fade away without action or attention.
✅ - 𝟐 - 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰: 5 Minutes
  • What has been going well.
  • What can you do better?
The purpose here is to assess "How you're doing" in achieving your goals. Check-in with yourself in an honest and kind way. To see what you can improve, to be more effective, make more progress, or get better results.
This is not to beat yourself up, but to praise what is going well, how far you have come ... and what you can tweak and improve to get better results.
✅ - 𝟑 - 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧: 5 Minutes
  • What is THE MOST IMPORTANT THING that you need to get done today?
How will you complete it?
  • What are your action steps for the day?
  • What time will you work on this?
  • What obstacles will you need to overcome and how will you do that?
❌ - NO-GO-PLAN!!
List the one thing you WILL NOT do today that slows your down, gets in your way, or sabotages your success.
Only choose one thing per day for the NO-GO-PLAN.
Choose one thing and make that your NO-GO-PLAN until you have broken the habit. It might take you weeks or more. That's okay. This will change your life.
This may be doom scrolling social media, reading the news, getting angry too easily, eating chips/sweets, showing up late, messaging an ex, etc.
10 minutes : Guided Mindfulness & Success Programming
The most overlooked, most misunderstood and most under-used super-human power tool.
When I ran across America, I visualized crossing the finish line thousands and thousands of times. While I was training. During my Unstoppable Morning routine (I didn't call it that back then). While I was in bed drifting off to sleep. I saw it so many times in my mind that when I got to the actual finish line, it was as if I had already been there. Like watching a movie for the second time.
That's the power of the mind that you can harness.
Every Day, my friend Richard would visualize, imagine, and then write:
"I am earning a million dollars personal net income per year in my business."
Up until that point, he had not come close to that goal. But since starting his Unstoppable Morning routine, it was only 6 months before he had broken the $1 million dollar personal income.
Why does this work?
Because he was programming his mind every day that it would happen. So his subconscious mind started working on ideas and solutions. Eventually he found the winning formula, took action to 10x his business and his personal income.
You will probably be new to this type of subconscious mind programming. So I want to make this easy for you. I have a guided mindfulness audio for you. Just press play, listen, and program your mind.
You can use this guided mindfulness and success programming every day. Many do. But it will also teach you to do this on your own.
Don't worry. You are in control. I am simply guiding you to define and visualize your goals so that you can can program yourself for success so that you align with your goals. And then achieve them.
At first your mind might say, "Bulls!t. I cannot achieve this goal. It's too big" (insert your doubt or fear). But over time, you will start to realize that is possible. Then you will come to believe that is is inevitable. One day you will be living it.
This is not meditation. Although it is similar to meditation.
Meditation is useful and something you should probably do too.
This is is guided subconscious programming. You are literally re-writing and upgrading some of the programs of your mind to be in alignment with the goals you want to achieve. Like updating the software on your laptop.
Want to be a millionaire?
Then you must become a millionaire in your mind first.
Want to lose weight and be fit?
Then you must FIRST become healthy and fit in your mind.
If you do not transform the way you mind thinks, you will never change the actions you take. Then you will not change your habits. Your actions and habits determine the results you get in life.
You can find your UNSTOPPABLE SOUL here:
Coming Soon (currently in production. Link will be put here.)
To do this on your own, it is similar to meditation.
Sit quietly. Close your eyes. And visualize achieving your goal.
See yourself accomplishing it. Living it. As if it has already happened.
What do you see? Who is there with you? What are you feeling?
You are giving your subconscious mind a road map to get to your goal. Then you take the actions you need to make it a reality.
Example #1 : Lose 25 pounds
Tom has a 9-5 job. He wants to lose weight. His work day is already preset by the company he works for, but his Action Plan for the day supports his goal to lose 25 pounds.
