Stop asking "who can I email?" — ask "who has a reason to reply this week?"
Most people spray the same email to a giant list and wonder why replies are flat.
The fix isn't a fancier template. It's better timing.
Stop hunting for anyone with a pulse. Start targeting people who have a REASON to reply right now. Those reasons are trigger events:
→ They just posted a job (they literally have the pain you solve)
→ They just raised money (budget just opened up)
→ They just hired a new VP or director (new leaders want quick wins)
→ They just expanded to a new location or market
Same message + right timing beats a "perfect" message sent to someone who doesn't care today.
Pick ONE trigger this week. Build a small list around it. Send.
