What Would You Automate First If You Had to Start Over?
Quick insight
If I had to start over…I wouldn’t try to automate everything.
I’d start with the repetitive tasks.
Because that’s where most time gets drained.
The biggest struggle I see?
People focus on complex automations…while still doing simple things manually every day.
Here’s what I’d automate first:
Lead follow up
Welcome emails
Appointment reminders
Onboarding steps
Simple content repurposing
Not to be fancy but to create breathing room.
Less manual work = more time for growth and relationships.
