Our values are defined as:

Be Engaging: We have people in our community from all walks of life, all skill levels, and all backgrounds and you will meet someone, come into communication with, someone who may or may not be on YOUR skill level, come from your exact background, and or walk of life. Be patient with each other. We are all here to learn. All on one level or another, so be welcoming.

Be Positive: I, Susan, have always sought innovative ways to stand out. As the marketing landscape evolves with new generations and cutting-edge technologies like AI, it’s crucial to have a hub where we can connect, learn, and grow together. This means creating a dynamic space filled with experts from various marketing fields, engaging training videos, and courses. Here, you’ll find a meeting ground with peers who are passionate about staying ahead of the latest trends. In this environment it's important to stay positive. We are all learning and it's easy to get frustrated and expected because you are learning something new. Just be positive, ask for feedback, get help and do the same for others when they need it here.

Be Respectful / Supportive: See a post that you like and want to engage? Spoken to someone in chat who needs help and want to give feedback? Be supportive. Being supportive means supporting others in a way that is positive, uplifting and encouraging. Being supporting means remembering all three when engaging with other members in our community.

Be Empowering: Communities need leadership, communities need engagement and when we have both we have a community, mixed with our core values, that is positive, high energy, supportive, and focused. When combined we have a community that is designed to be empowering. And when we come together, this is what we are.
