Preparing to Unlearn
December is not asking you to fix yourself.
It’s asking you to pause. Before we rush into “new year, new goals,” we’re doing something different.
January will be about Unlearning Survival Mode —
but December is for noticing it.
Over the next few days, don’t try to change anything yet.
Just observe:
• Where you overextend
• Where rest feels uncomfortable
• Where you say yes when your body says no
• Where being “strong” feels heavy
You don’t need to process it.
You don’t need to journal it perfectly.
You don’t need to explain it.
Just notice.
January 1st, we begin together —
daily reflections, grounded practices, and two teaching videos designed to help you stop living in constant defense mode.
This is not a challenge.
This is not hustle healing.
This is not about becoming someone else.
It’s about returning to yourself — safely.
Use December to soften.January will handle the rest.Unlearning Survival Mode begins soon.
Rest now. You’re allowed to arrive whole.
Best Regards,
Dr.G
