Hiring a Graphic Designer - Dubai
We're a creative agency, THE CREW . We work with banks, hospitality brands, and a growing list of clients across the region.
The expectation is simple: creative thinking and high-quality output.
We’re looking for a some who thinks beyond templates and cares about the craft.
You’ll work across brand, digital, EDMs, social, and campaign assets. Some days are fast and reactive. Others go deep into building brand identities. You should be comfortable with both.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys solving problems through design, and maintains strong attention to detail even when managing multiple briefs.
Figma and the Adobe suite are essential. Familiarity with AI tools is a plus. Arabic design capability is a strong advantage.
