A Tridoshic Vegetable Elixir for Grounding, Clarity & Renewal
Unfolding the Lotus Signature Soup in the Instant Pot
Essence: This soup is designed as a daily ritual, not just a meal—slow-cooked energetics that support digestion (agni), nourish the tissues (dhatus), and restore rhythm. Its foundation balances all three doshas, with simple adjustments to attune the soup for Vata, Pitta, or Kapha constitutions.
