I've been telling people this for years. Build at least 1 YouTube Search channel.
Everyone is trying to go viral and make fast money
This is great, but it fluctuates heavily
Having a YouTube Search channel ensures you always have a baseline of income every month
Even if you just run it in the background, you will be building consistent revenue every month
Plus it's an asset worth 10-25x it's monthly revenue.
