Hey Alen, this masterclass you have put together is amazing. I'm slowly working my way through and absorbing it all. One question I had about the PPC model is how do you capture their mobile number for SMS follow up if they dont go ahead and call right now? Because while I understand the main point of PPC is to get them on a phone call, I would assume there would be a lot of wastage from customers who get to the page, maybe answer 2 or 3 qualifiers and then see the call now CTA but don't call. If you don't capture any contact details before the call then we are paying for that wastage. So how do combat that without causing friction in getting to them call?
