In the process of hiring a sales rep...

I was interested to see how you guys structured the pay with them / how much percent they are getting on a warm lead and how much they would be getting on a cold lead and base hourly or salary.

I wanted the sales rep to start knocking on doors in the area we are working to see if it it is something he likes so i was curious a percent and an hourly rate to start off.

I understand based off different areas in the US the hourly would be different i am located in NY
