Gettign Blown out right at the start 80% of the time as soon as they hear it is about recruitement. What do i do?
Hey I am selling recruiting to waster disposal companies. I get through many gatekeepers and the decisions makers are always friendly at first. But as soon they realise it's about recruiting they either say no need, wanna hang up or tell me they are good and don´t need anything.
I have tried different openers but every time they hear staff or recruiting they don't wanna talk anymore bc they get called 10x a day for that.
