Most high-achievers know EXACTLY what needs to change in their marriage. They can diagnose a business problem in 30 seconds but spend YEARS avoiding the relationship conversation that would actually fix everything.

- Denial (it's not that bad)
- Awareness (okay, something needs to shift)
- Resistance (but I don't have time/energy/capacity)
- Acceptance (this HAS to change)
- Implementation (I'm going all in)
