How Shadow Prompts Work
Shadow Prompts are not questions to answer quickly.
They are mirrors.
Each prompt is designed to surface:
  • A reflex you normally justify
  • A belief you rarely question
  • A pattern you explain instead of observing
Do not rush to respond.
Read the prompt.
Notice what arises.
Notice what resists.
If you choose to reply:
  • Speak from experience, not theory
  • Keep it brief
  • Do not fix yourself or others
You are not required to post.
Silence is a valid response.
The goal is not insight.
The goal is accurate perception.
If a prompt irritates you, confuses you, or feels “unfair,” that reaction is the work.
