I would 100% recommend this community to people who are struggling to get a job. I have known Vardaan and the Community for nearly 2 years now. They always try to bring new innovations, for example GPT's for saving time. The CV and linkedin review sessions are amazing too. The best one is fire side chat, where people who get a job come and share their experience. Also Vardaan, Ranshu, Vaidaansh respond very quickly to any queries. Overall you wont feel alone in the job hunt in this community 😊.

Hi everyone, I’ve been a silent member of this community for a while now, quietly absorbing all the great advice and support. I finally got the courage to open up and introduce myself today. I'm Rohinton Ikal, I recently completed my MSc in Marketing Strategy at Bayes Business School (City, University of London), and I hold a PhD in Applied Psychology from Pondicherry University. I’m here to learn, support others, and hopefully find my next role in insights or strategy. Thanks for having me!

From day one, working with Vardaan made a real difference to my job search. He helped me figure out where I was going wrong, improve my CV and applications, and use ATS and AI tools better (not chatgpt everything!). Most importantly, I gained clarity and direction, and a community I can go to. I’m now in the field I wanted, with a company I’m genuinely happy to have joined. I’d genuinely recommend Vardaan and Team UKJI. PS: They are a fun bunch to hang out too - so no boring sessions :)

Being part of UKJI has honestly been such a great experience. There's so much useful stuff on the platform such as resources, templates, GPT prompts, that's actually helped me level up my job search and how I show up on LinkedIn. Vardaan is so supportive and easy to reach out to, he always makes time to help. You can tell how much he and the team genuinely care about this community. Really grateful for all the support and encouragement!

I joined UKJI a few months ago, and what really stands out is the team’s commitment. They genuinely keep you pushing forward and even follow up personally, which makes a big difference. The weekly CV review sessions and job application days are also really helpful for Q&As and practical guidance. One of the best parts is applying for jobs together and working collaboratively with others in the community.
