Divorce in the England & Wales:
In the UK, divorce is the legal process that ends a marriage. A couple must be married for at least one year. Since 2022, the law allows no-fault divorce, meaning no blame is needed.
Stages of Divorce :
Divorce in England & Wales follows three main legal stages. First is the Application, where one or both spouses apply to the court to end the marriage. Next is the Conditional Order, which means the court agrees that the divorce can go ahead. Finally, the Final Order legally ends the marriage.
