My name is Yn-Nek Tootsie, and I am the owner and creative force behind TwistedByTootsie — a brand dedicated to elevating the beauty, health, and confidence of every client who sits in my chair. I specialize in loc care, styling, and protective services, providing a space where clients feel valued, relaxed, and transformed.
In addition to my loctician services, I’m also the founder of Charm Drip, a custom loc-jewelry and accessories line designed to help people express their individuality and let their locs do the talking. My mission is simple: deliver quality service, premium products, and an unforgettable experience that keeps clients feeling confident long after they leave.
