When I was 16, I studied film studies and photography in college, went to University, collected £50,000s worth of debt, worked in pubs, cafes, did a Masters, did runner jobs, and 10 years later have established myself in the TV industry.
I don't think it needed to be that hard. This community has been created to try and streamline that process and help people become educated in production skills and values to either get industry jobs or learn filmmaking as a skill to implement in their own work or business.
Whether you want to be a camera op, editor, producer, director or just have an interest in making films, we're dedicated to providing value and production knowledge through sharing our experiences as filmmakers with each other.
