This morning I went for a walk and listened to Alan Watts.
Big ideas, deep philosophy, life-changing stuff…
…but let’s be real → by the time I get home, I’ve forgotten half of it.
That’s where AI comes in.
Instead of scribbling messy notes or replaying hours of audio, I plan to:
1. Upload a book of Alan Watts into GPT-5.
2. Ask it to give me clean bullet points of the core ideas.
3. Turn those into a quick daily reminder so the wisdom actually sticks.

đź’ˇ AI Tip You Can Steal
Whenever you read or listen to something, don’t just consume → capture.
👉 Prompt example:
“Summarize the key takeaways from this text in 5 bullet points, written so a regular guy can apply them today.”
This way, you’re not just inspired in the moment. You actually walk away with practical nuggets you can use.

AI isn’t about replacing wisdom.
It’s about making sure you don’t lose it.
